The problem
Stolen Goat makes custom cycling, running and triathlon kit for clubs, charities, events and companies. Most of those organisations have never ordered custom kit before, so the same questions came up on every call: how does the design work, how do bulk orders work, what will it cost. Quotes were worked out by hand and arrived days later.
What we built
A custom kit page that answers those questions before anyone picks up the phone, and a quote builder that gives a real price straight away.
- Three 35-second walkthrough films. From logo to kit, how a bulk order form works, and how an organisation gets its own web shop. Short, clear, and made from the real screens.
- A quote builder. Pick the products and quantities and the price updates as you go, using the current price list.
- Straight into the hub. Every quote request lands in G.O.A.T and alerts the sales team in Slack, so nothing sits in an inbox.
